Who is responsible
Tangem Partner (“we”) runs tangem.partners, an independent site in the Tangem affiliate programme. We are the controller of the personal data described here. For any privacy question write to hello@tangem.partners.
What we collect and why
- Newsletter. If you subscribe we store your email address, the site language, the form you used and the date. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We keep it until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
- Analytics. Only if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 records the pages you view, clicks, device and browser type and an approximate location derived from your IP address (Google does not store the IP itself). Legal basis: consent. Event data is kept for no longer than 14 months.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical data for each request (IP address, browser user agent, page requested, time) to keep the site secure and working. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are deleted automatically after a short period set by the provider.
- Email. If you write to us we use your address and message only to reply. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you. We keep the conversation for up to 12 months.
What we never do
- We don't sell your data or share it for third-party advertising.
- We never ask for your seed phrase, private keys or wallet access code. Anyone who does is a scammer.
- We don't process payments: purchases happen on tangem.com.
Purchases and affiliate links
Buy buttons take you to tangem.com through our partner link, and the code GRANDMAESTRO can be entered at checkout. From that point Tangem AG processes your data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. Tangem reports qualifying sales to us so it can pay our commission; we do not receive your payment details.
Service providers
- Railway Corporation (USA): hosting of the website, API and database
- Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC: Google Analytics, only with your consent
They process data only on our instructions and under data processing terms.
International transfers
Some providers are based in, or access data from, the United States. These transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to hello@tangem.partners. You can withdraw consent at any time: unsubscribe with the link in any of our emails, and change analytics consent in .
If you believe we have not handled your data properly you can complain to a data protection authority, for example the Spanish AEPD or the authority where you live.
Children
This site is not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
When our processing changes we update this page and the date at the top.
